Who we are
Polycapital Academy, in collaboration with Green Templeton College, University of Oxford, operates at the intersection of impact and private wealth.
We equip wealth holders, inheritors, advisors, and philanthropy and private wealth professionals with the tools, confidence, and skills to be outstanding impact agents.
How it started
In 2018, Sid Efromovich and Marina Feffer launched Generation Pledge, a community of inheritors united by a shared pledge to use their resources to build a world anyone would be happy to be born into at random. Today, the community includes more than 70 pledgers from 23 countries.
As inheritors themselves born and raised in Brazil, Sid and Marina saw both the power of private capital to address global issues and the lack of support for ultra high net wealth (UHNW) individuals seeking to deploy it effectively.
To bridge that gap, Generation Pledge evolved into Regeneration Group, a portfolio of entities united by one mission: to reduce suffering, increase flourishing, and reduce risk for humans, creatures, and planet.
Polycapital Academy shares the concepts, frameworks, and tools that have guided pledgers for years with a wider audience. Its work combines academic rigour, practical application, and a global perspective.
At the 2025 Skoll World Forum, Sid (Co-Founder & CEO of Regeneration Group) and Sir Michael Dixon (Principal of Green Templeton College, University of Oxford) announced the collaboration between Polycapital Academy and Green Templeton College, University of Oxford, to jointly deliver education at the intersection of private wealth and global impact.
Together, we aim to educate a generation of wealth holders and advisors capable of turning intention into effective, world-changing impact.
